Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms listed below.

General

  • Contact will be done via email ([email protected])

  • This is a digital good. No physical item will be shipped to the client.

  • Listed prices are base prices. They may change based on piece complexity.

Usage Rights

  • I reserve the right to use the work for self promotion (e.g. portfolio use, posting to social media). The client can ask me to not post the work publicly.

  • The work is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.

  • The client is not allowed to claim the work as their own. Proper credit must be given, especially if reposting the work.

  • Do not edit out my signature. Additionally, the client is not allowed to ask another artist to redraw or finish my work.

  • The client is not allowed to use the work for any technology related to AI image generation or blockchains.

Payment and Refunds

  • Payments will be made through Paypal invoice in USD only.

  • A deposit of 50% of the agreed upon price must be made before I start working.

  • The other 50% will be made after I finish, but before I send the high quality image.

  • If no payment is made within 3 days, I will cancel the order.

  • 10% of the deposit is non-refundable. Refunds must be discussed with the artist and will depend on how much work was done.

  • No refunds after work is completed.

Process

  • Reference images are highly preferred over text. Doodles count. Otherwise, please be descriptive.

  • I will send an invoice after the details of the commission are agreed on.

  • Updates will be given either weekly or when I finish a stage (sketch, lineart, flat colors, shading).

  • Two free major revisions are available before sketch approval. Additional major revisions are $10.

  • After sketch approval, no major compositional changes will be made.

  • Revisions to previously approved stages will not be done unless I made a mistake.
